    4.1 Test functionality: links, forms, event registration, downloads

    4.2 Test responsiveness across devices and browsers

    4.3 Test basic accessibility: keyboard navigation, alt text, color contrast

    4.4 Stakeholder review and apply revisions (1–2 rounds

    4.5 Launch site; verify DNS propagation, performance, and accessibility
